I locked myself out! Can you unlock my home?
Yes, we can unlock, bypass, or otherwise open almost any standard residential locking hardware! We follow all laws governing Locksmiths. That means we will need to gather some personal information from you and a signature when we arrive, so please have your Driver’s License or ID handy when we arrive. Can you make a copy of my chipped car key, remote, or FOB?
Yes, we can duplicate and program transponder (chipped) keys for most makes and models, and we are adding to that list constantly. Send us a text with the year/make/model, and if you’ve lost your keys or you’re looking for a duplicate, and we’ll get right back to you with a quote and availability.
I’m tired of my keys! Do you install keypad locks?
Yes, we do! We offer great options for both residential and commercial applications. Not only can you ditch your keys, you can also see who’s been going in and out, and when - or even limit the days and times that certain access codes work! There isn’t a one-lock-fits all solution, but that’s what we’re here for… Call us to find out what we’d recommend for your specific application!
My safe won’t open, can you help me?
We don’t currently offer safe opening services, but click here to visit the website of our most commonly referred-to vendor for safe lockouts.
What Does your Trip Charge Include?
Our ‘Trip Charge’ includes travel to and from your location and basic assessment of any work needed. Additional charges will be incurred based on any work we do (with your approval, of course) after the initial assessment.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. We can also accept Cash App and Apple Pay. We process payments through Square (a reputable and widely trusted processor) and can send a digital receipt via text or email, immediately after payment is processed. All payments are due at the time of service, and billing/invoicing services are not available under any circumstances. Checks are not accepted.
